36W / 48W High-Power Laser – Cuts 30mm Plywood in One Machine

Choose the 36W or 48W laser module to match your production needs. Either configuration cuts depths most hobbyist machines cannot reach: 30mm plywood, 30mm paulownia board, and 25mm black acrylic with clean edges.

The 0.08×0.1mm laser spot and 0.01mm engraving precision mean the same machine that cuts thick stock can also engrave fine portrait photography, detailed text, and intricate vector art on wood, leather, coated metal, and more.

Dual Aluminum Linear Rail System – Industrial Stability at Speed

Where most open-frame engravers use a single rail on the Y-axis, the S2 Pro runs dual aluminum alloy linear rails on both axes. The result is a gantry that resists flex and vibration at full 24,000 mm/min engraving speeds.

No blurring on fine text, no skipping on long cuts, no misalignment between passes. The dust-resistant, wear-resistant rail design is built for continuous production runs without drift or maintenance-intensive re-tramming.

Built-in 30L/min Air Pump – Automatic Air Assist, No Extra Accessories

Most open-frame laser engravers require an external air compressor as a separate purchase and setup. The S2 Pro integrates a 30L/min air pump directly into the machine.

Air assist activates automatically during engraving and cutting, clearing smoke and debris from the cut path, reducing burn marks, improving edge cleanliness, and extending laser lens life — out of the box, no add-ons required. Control air assist settings via the ACMER App or ACMER Studio.

400×400mm Large Work Area with 24,000 mm/min High-Speed Engraving

The 400×400mm engraving area (15.75×15.75 inches) handles everything from small-batch keychain production to full-panel sign engraving in a single setup.

At 24,000 mm/min maximum speed with 1,000 mm/s² acceleration, the S2 Pro dramatically reduces cycle time on repeat jobs. The combination of large area, high speed, and 0.01mm precision makes it equally capable for one-off custom work and continuous production runs.

Advanced Safety System & Multi-Platform Connectivity

The S2 Pro includes a gyroscope tilt sensor, emergency stop button, and child lock for safe operation in workshops and home studios. Connect via Wi-Fi for wireless control, TF card for fully offline operation, or USB for direct PC connection.
