The furniture panel is 900mm wide. The guitar body blank is 500mm long. The decorative wall sign has relief carving that spans the full sheet. These are the jobs that a 450mm or 600mm desktop CNC cannot handle without repositioning — and repositioning on 3D relief work means visible seams. The TwoTrees TTC-H40 was built for exactly these projects. Its 1000×1000mm work area fits a full furniture panel without repositioning. Its Z-axis reaches 100mm depth for genuine relief carving and 3D surface work. When the routing job is done, the TC20 laser module mounts to the same carriage for engraving detail in one click, without reflashing the firmware. And when the session is over, the aluminum frame folds flat for corner storage — because a 1-meter machine should not permanently occupy your floor. For furniture makers, guitar builders, sign carvers, and creative workshops that have outgrown smaller desktop CNCs, the TTC-H40 is the step up that does not require a factory floor.

1000×1000mm Work Area – Full Panels, No Repositioning

The TTC-H40's 1000×1000mm (39.4"×39.4") work area with 100mm Z-depth accommodates workpieces that smaller desktop CNCs physically cannot address in a single setup. A standard 900mm furniture panel fits with margin to spare. A full guitar body fits with clamp room on all sides.

Relief carving across a 900mm sign completes in one continuous job without reindexing — the only way to produce a seamless carved surface without visible witness lines at the join. Compatible with A0-format acrylic and MDF sheets (841×1189mm) lengthwise.

3D Relief Carving + 100mm Z-Depth – Dimension, Texture, Depth

With 100mm Z-axis travel and support for 3D relief carving, the TTC-H40 produces decorative furniture panels, embossed signage, guitar top carving, wall art with layered depth, and Celtic or geometric relief patterns. Compatible with Vectric (VCarve Pro bundle), Fusion 360, and Carveco Maker for 3D toolpath generation.

The BLDC4475 brushless spindle runs 8,000–30,000 RPM, enabling fine ball-nose passes at low depth for high-resolution surface quality on decorative work. A 216W dual-channel power supply provides independent power control for spindle and motion axes.

One-Click CNC / Laser Switch + GRBL Dual-Mode – No Reflash Required

The 3.5" resistive touchscreen runs GRBL firmware natively supporting both CNC routing and laser engraving in one installation. Switch between modes via the touchscreen — no firmware reflash, no laptop required. The optional TC20 20W laser module converts the H40 to a laser engraver with the same 1000×1000mm laser work area.

Touchscreen provides real-time motion control, speed adjustment, emergency stop, and online help access. The independent control box (300×137×131mm) is separate from the machine frame — cable management is clean and the interface can be positioned independently.

Foldable Aluminum Frame – 1-Meter Machine, Corner Storage

A 1000mm CNC machine typically demands permanent floor space — the TTC-H40 does not. The aluminum alloy frame is designed for quick assembly and disassembly, folding flat for corner storage when not in use. Viable for home workshops, shared maker spaces, and studios where a 1m² footprint cannot be permanently dedicated.

At 38.3kg with an aluminum alloy frame, the machine is repositionable without lifting equipment. The independent control box stores separately from the machine — 300×137×131mm, compact enough to stow on a shelf.

500W to 3000W Spindle Upgrade + TC20 Laser – One Platform, Multiple Capabilities

The TTC-H40 ships with a 500W BLDC brushless spindle for wood, MDF, and acrylic. Upgrade to 800W, 2000W, or 3000W AC trimmer spindles for sustained hardwood, aluminum, and carbon fiber cutting at production feed rates. The ER11 collet accepts 0.5–7mm tooling — V-bits, ball nose, flat end mills, engraving bits, and upcut spiral.

The optional TC20 20W laser module adds laser engraving and cutting via one-click mode switch on the same 1000×1000mm frame. All configurations run on the same GRBL firmware, same touchscreen, and the same Vectric / Fusion 360 / Carveco CAM software.
