TwoTrees TTC6050 CNC Router Machine – 600×500mm Desktop CNC Milling & Carving Machine with 500W Spindle, Ball Screw Linear Rails & Infrared Safety for Wood, Acrylic & Metal

The project is a carved wood sign for a client. Or a relief panel for a cabinet door. Or a custom acrylic nameplate that belts-and-wheels machines simply cannot hold tolerance on. The TwoTrees TTC6050 gives serious makers a 600×500×100mm desktop CNC router built around the components that define professional-grade machines: NEMA 23 stepper motors, ball screw drive on all three axes, and hardened linear rails that eliminate the flex and backlash of belt-driven CNCs. A 500W spindle reaches 12,000 RPM, infrared sensors stop the machine in under one second if your hand enters the work area, and a 3.5-inch color touchscreen puts full control at your fingertips — offline, online, or via Wi-Fi. For woodworkers, sign makers, furniture studios, and makerspaces ready for a real CNC, the TTC6050 is the desktop machine that takes your work seriously.

Ball Screw + Linear Rail on All 3 Axes – No Belts, No Backlash

Every axis — X, Y, and Z — is driven by precision ball screws paired with hardened steel linear rails. Ball screws convert rotary motor motion into highly accurate linear movement with near-zero backlash, meaning the router bit goes exactly where the software tells it to.

Combined with NEMA 23 stepper motors on all three axes, the TTC6050 holds tight tolerances on pockets, profiles, and V-carves that belt-driven machines simply cannot match — and maintains that accuracy over thousands of hours of use.

500W / 800W Spindle – 12,000 RPM for Clean Cuts in Wood, Acrylic & Metal

The standard 500W air-cooled spindle runs to 12,000 RPM and handles everyday CNC work in hardwood, softwood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, ABS, carbon fiber, and soft metals including aluminum, copper, and brass.

When projects demand more, the machine is upgrade-ready for TwoTrees' 800W spindle at 30,000 RPM. Both spindles use industry-standard 65mm and 69mm mounts, and the high-rigidity collet holds position during demanding cuts and long production runs.

Infrared Safety Sensor – Machine Stops in Under 1 Second

The TTC6050 uses active infrared sensors mounted across the front of the work area. If a hand, pet, or any object breaks the IR beam while the spindle is running, the machine stops spindle rotation and all axis movement in under one second.

A dedicated emergency stop button on the control panel cuts power instantly. Together these make the TTC6050 one of the safest desktop CNC routers at this price point — especially for workshops shared with children or used in educational settings.

3.5-inch Touchscreen + GRBL Control – Offline, Wi-Fi, or USB

The integrated 3.5-inch IPS color touchscreen gives full machine control without a computer — start, pause, resume, adjust feed rate on the fly up to 200%, change spindle speed, run Z-probe tool-setting, and switch between CNC and laser modes.

Jobs load from a micro SD card for offline operation, via Wi-Fi wirelessly, or via USB from your PC. GRBL open-source firmware ensures compatibility with Easel, Candle, Fusion 360, VCarve, and Carveco Maker. Seven interface languages supported.

Expandable to 4-Axis CNC + 20W Laser in One Machine

Add the optional rotary axis to transform the TTC6050 into a 4-axis machine for carving cylindrical and irregularly shaped objects: chess pieces, table legs, pens, mugs, and columns.

Swap the spindle for the optional TC20 20W laser module to cut and engrave across the full 600×500mm work area — same workspace, same software, one machine. The aluminum T-slot baseboard accepts standard CNC clamps, and the replaceable MDF sacrificial surface keeps the machine performing like new after heavy use.
