Dual MGN12H Linear Rails + Lead Screws

The TTC450 Ultra uses MGN12H dual linear rails on X and Y paired with T8 precision lead screws on all three axes, driven by NEMA 23 motors. Lead screws convert motor rotation into linear movement without belt stretch, slip, or resonance — delivering 0.01mm X/Y positioning accuracy and 0.0025mm Z-axis precision.

Infrared Safety Sensor – Stops in Under 1 Second

An infrared proximity sensor monitors the cutting area and stops the spindle in under one second if an obstacle or hand enters the danger zone — faster than any manual emergency stop switch at 8,000–30,000 RPM.

Combined with limit switches on all three axes, a physical emergency stop button, and a spindle guard, the TTC450 Ultra provides four independent safety layers. This makes it well-suited for maker spaces, classroom labs, and home workshops where machines may occasionally run near non-operators.

3.5-inch Touchscreen + Offline SD Card – No Laptop Required

Load G-code to an SD card, insert, and start from the 3.5-inch panel — no computer required. Ideal for production runs where the same file repeats. Wi-Fi enables wireless job control from the TwoTrees app; USB connects to Candle, gSender, or UGS for real-time monitoring.

The panel interface supports 11 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese — usable without software configuration from first power-on. The ESP32 32-bit controller handles all motion, spindle speed control, and limit switch logic onboard.

TC20 Laser Module + 4th Axis – One Machine, Three Capabilities
