95% Pre-Assembled, 10-Minute Setup – CNC Ready Without the Build

The TTC450 PRO ships 95% pre-assembled and factory aligned — the remaining steps take approximately ten minutes. The 3.5" IPS capacitive touchscreen (480×320, 11 languages) is operational from first power-on; no laptop required to run a job from TF card.

Wi-Fi 2.4GHz allows file transfer and control from a connected device. USB and TF card cover standalone offline operation. For users who have postponed a CNC upgrade because of assembly complexity, the PRO removes that barrier — unbox, assemble in 10 minutes, start cutting.

Upgraded 60mm X-Axis Motor + 8mm Reinforced Side Plates – Built for Real Cuts

The PRO's X-axis motor has been upgraded from 42mm to 60mm — more torque for cutting hardwood, dense MDF, and aluminum at aggressive feed rates without stalling. Gantry side plates are 8mm thick aluminum, significantly stiffer than thinner entry-level competitors.

The brass calibration adjustment nut enables precision correction of axis deviations after extended use, maintaining ±0.05mm engraving accuracy even as wear accumulates — a feature absent on machines with fixed plastic adjustment components.

3.5" Touchscreen + GRBL Dual-Mode Firmware – CNC and Laser, One Control Panel

The 3.5" IPS touchscreen runs GRBL open-source firmware that natively supports both CNC milling and laser engraving. When the optional TC20 20W laser module is fitted, no firmware reflash is required — switch modes via the touchscreen and start engraving.

The 4th axis rotary enables cylindrical engraving on rings, pens, bottle caps, and tool handles. Each module mounts to the same frame — mode switching via the GRBL touchscreen, no separate machine required per capability.
