The SF-A9 features 8 high-efficiency 6W laser chips delivering 40W optical output — the first of its kind in the Sculpfun lineup.
A simple lever on the laser head lets you switch instantly between 40W cutting mode and 20W engraving mode without swapping modules, making it a versatile workhorse for any creative studio.
With a maximum engraving speed of 36,000 mm/min, the SF-A9 dramatically cuts production time for batch projects.
The industrial-grade linear guide rail on the X-axis and adaptive wheel system on the Y-axis maintain 0.01mm motion accuracy even at peak speeds, ensuring clean edges and consistent results across large production runs.
The SF-A9 introduces an upgraded two-stage focusing method: a quick-height red knob for coarse positioning based on material thickness, and a fine-tune top knob for precision adjustment.
Combined with an adjustable laser spot of 0.10–0.15mm, this system delivers accurate focal placement for fine engraving detail and clean cuts on thick materials.
The built-in automatic air assist uses a large-diameter, low-resistance air pipe and advanced nozzle design delivering 30L/min airflow to the cut point for cleaner results and extended lens life.
The full-metal 6.2 kg frame with adjustable support pillars handles objects up to 150mm tall and fits desktops as narrow as 55cm, making it workshop-ready out of the box.
Six or more independent safety systems protect every session: tilt sensor (15° trigger), flame & temperature sensor (60°C trigger), emergency stop, child safety lock, limit switches, and laser eye protection shield.
