The Sculpfun S40 MAX features a massive 830×800mm working area, making it ideal for large panels, signage, furniture parts, and batch production.

Equipped with 12 high-efficiency 6W laser chips, the S40 MAX delivers up to 48W optical power.
This powerful laser enables one-pass cutting of 20mm plywood and 6mm dark acrylic, making it perfect for demanding cutting and engraving tasks.
With advanced fiber optic spot compression technology, the S40 MAX achieves an ultra-fine 0.154 × 0.121 mm laser spot.
Combined with Z-axis offset support in LightBurn, it enables smoother cutting edges, improved engraving detail, and reduced burn marks.
The built-in auto-focus function automatically adjusts the laser focus with a single button press.
