ACMER SM 30–100W Split Fiber & MOPA Laser Marking Machine | Portable Industrial Metal Engraver with 15,000mm/s Galvo

Designed for industrial flexibility and oversized part marking, the ACMER SM 30–100W Split Fiber & MOPA Laser Marking Machine allows you to bring the laser to the workpiece. Ideal for large molds, heavy components, stainless steel sheets, and titanium parts, this split-type system delivers stable, high-speed performance up to 15,000 mm/s with industrial-grade galvanometer precision. Featuring optional MOPA technology for vibrant color marking and deep engraving, along with one-click auto focus and rotary support, it is the perfect solution for manufacturers, fabrication workshops, metal processing businesses, and advanced engraving professionals who demand power, mobility, and reliability.

Split-Type Fiber Laser Design for Oversized & Heavy Parts

The ACMER SM Series features a split fiber laser structure that allows you to bring the laser head directly to large, heavy, or fixed workpieces. Instead of moving molds, machinery components, metal sheets, or industrial assemblies, the portable marking head increases flexibility and efficiency on the production floor. This design is ideal for mold factories, metal fabrication plants, and industrial workshops handling oversized parts. By separating the control unit from the marking head, the system improves mobility while maintaining stable laser output and industrial-grade performance.

30–100W Fiber & MOPA Power with Advanced Color Marking

Available in 30W to 100W configurations, the SM Series adapts to both precision marking and heavy-duty metal engraving. The standard fiber laser models deliver clean, permanent marks on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and coated metals. The MOPA option expands capabilities with adjustable pulse control, enabling vibrant color marking on stainless steel and titanium, as well as controlled deep engraving with reduced heat impact. Higher wattage models provide faster material removal, making this an ideal industrial laser marking machine for manufacturing, tool engraving, and custom metal production.

15,000 mm/s High-Speed Galvanometer Scanning System

Equipped with an industrial high-speed galvanometer (galvo) scanning system, the ACMER SM achieves marking speeds up to 15,000 mm/s. The dual-axis galvo mirrors precisely direct the 1064nm fiber laser beam without mechanical movement, allowing ultra-fast marking with consistent accuracy. This dramatically reduces production cycle times while maintaining sharp edges and high-contrast results. For factories handling batch serialization, QR codes, logos, and part identification, the high-speed galvo system ensures maximum productivity and return on investment.

One-Click Auto Focus & Rotary Engraving Capability

The smart auto focus system automatically detects optimal focal distance, eliminating manual height adjustments and reducing setup time. This ensures consistent engraving depth across different material thicknesses. The SM Series also supports rotary attachments for cylindrical objects such as pipes, shafts, rings, and industrial tubes. Combined with column lift adjustment, the system accommodates tall and irregular workpieces. This versatility makes it suitable for both industrial manufacturing and advanced customization applications.

⑤ Industrial Durability with Long-Term Stability

Built for demanding industrial environments, the ACMER SM Series combines a robust structural frame with high-quality fiber laser components engineered for long-term reliability. The system maintains stable output power and precision even during extended operation cycles. Designed for continuous production, it delivers high-speed performance, deep engraving capability, and consistent marking quality. Whether used in manufacturing plants or professional metal workshops, this split fiber laser marking machine provides dependable performance that supports business growth over time.
