Zero Assembly + Auto 25L Air Assist – Unbox, Connect, Cut

The P2 33W ships pre-assembled and factory tested — every unit runs a test job before leaving the facility. Unboxing to first cut takes under one minute. No frame to build, no belt to tension, no air pump to source and plumb.

The 25L/min air assist pump is built into the machine frame and activates automatically based on the current job — no manual valve, no external power connection required. For production users running multiple jobs per day, every session starts immediately, not after 20 minutes of setup.

33–36W Cutting Power – 30mm Wood, 20mm Acrylic, 0.1mm Metal

The P2 delivers 33–36W of measured optical output with a 0.08×0.1mm spot via 6W laser coupling technology — tighter than most machines in the 30W+ class. Single-pass cutting: 30mm wood, 20mm acrylic, 9mm MDF, 0.1mm metal sheet.

6-Layer Safety – Open-Frame, Seriously Protected

A gyroscope cuts the laser instantly at 15° tilt, a flame detector shuts down on fire, and a child safety lock (physical key) blocks unauthorized power-on.

Motherboard over-temperature protection rounds out five independent safety layers. Protective eyewear is included and required for all open-frame operation.
