30,000mm/min – Industrial Speed in a Desktop Machine

Optimized firmware acceleration settings push the P2 20W to engraving speeds of 30,000mm/min — significantly faster than most desktop diode laser machines — without sacrificing edge quality or accuracy.

With a compressed laser spot of 0.08 × 0.1mm and engraving accuracy down to 0.01mm, the P2 delivers both throughput and precision. Repositioning accuracy reaches 0.001mm, making batch production and repeat-job alignment reliable and consistent every time.

Auto Air Assist – Cleaner Cuts, Deeper Penetration

The P2 ships standard with a quiet electromagnetic air-assist pump delivering 25L/min airflow, automatically clearing smoke and debris from the cutting path to produce cleaner edges and prevent char buildup.

The built-in auto air assist improves cutting depth and surface quality on wood, acrylic, and leather without manual adjustment. Users can upgrade to the ACMER C4 30L/min pump for even greater cutting performance through thicker materials — making the P2 a machine that grows with your production demands.

420×400mm Work Area – Cut 10mm Plywood in One Pass

The P2's generous 420 × 400mm engraving area accommodates large-format signage, furniture panels, batch production runs, and oversized art pieces without repositioning.

The 20W diode laser cuts 10mm plywood in a single pass, 30mm acrylic in multiple passes, and 0.1mm stainless steel sheet cleanly. It engraves wood, bamboo, leather, glass, plastic, aluminum oxide, painted and lacquered metals, and ceramics — covering the full range of workshop and small-business production scenarios.

Comprehensive Safety System with Eye Protection Shield

The P2 integrates a full suite of active safety protections: a gyroscope tilt sensor that cuts the laser if the machine tips beyond 15°, a flame and smoke detector that triggers an alarm and auto-shutdown, motherboard over-temperature protection, an emergency stop button, and a child safety lock.

A filtered glass eye protection shield blocks 97% of UV rays to protect the operator during open engraving, making the P2 one of the most safety-conscious open-frame machines in its class.
